SPANISH POLITICAL LEADER’S PROPHECY
REVOLUTION IMMINENT Reed. 12.30 p.m. PARIS, Wednesday. Don Orteca Casset, leader of the Spanish Liberal exiles, on the eve of going to Spain, predicted the establishment of a republic. “Berenguer cannot last more than a few months. It is a “Save the King” Cabinet, without a single representative of the vital party. The nation is waiting to see w T hether, as they feared, the dictatorship is restored. If so, a revolution will follow,” he said. He added that if Primo de Rivera had not resigned a revolution would have broken out from Cadiz. The garrisons had pledged their support, likewise the navy and flying' corps. He is returning to test the genuineess of the political amnesty.
