ACETYLENE CYLINDER BURSTS
SIX MOTOR-CARS BURNED Press Association. WAIIIOA, Today. Shortly after 11 o'clock last night fire gutted Grant’s Garage, North Clyde, destroying six cars. The brigade did good work, as a Strong southerly gale was blowing. The insurances on the building and contents total £BOO. The cause of the lire was that the gauge of an acetylene cylinder burst while the proprietor was working.
