BY-ELECTION NECESSARY

The nomination of Mr. R. M. Beswick was received yesterday for one of the vacancies on the Birkenhead Borough Council caused by the resignation of Messrs. R. B. Spiers and 1.. R. L. Moller. Messrs. F. Morris and G. Pugh were nominated previously and an election will now be necessary. Nominations close tomorrow and an election will be held on February IS.
