CHRISTCHURCH WEDDING

GEORGETTE AND LACE FROCK MARSHALL—BUXTON The wedding was celebrated at the Methodist Church, New Brighton, recently, of Miss Elsie F. M. Buxton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Buxton, of New Brighton, and Mr. Edward M. Marshall, 8.A., seventh son of the Rev. and Mrs. G. T. Marshall, of Morningside, Auckland. The Rev. O. S. Pearn was the officiating minister. Entering the church with her father, the bride wore a frock of ivory georgette with an uneven hemline and wide front panel of radium lace caught with orange blossoms. H.gr veil of embroidered tulle formed a train, and she carried a bouquet of white roses and maidenhair fern. As bridesmaids, Alisses Eileen and Hazel Buxton, wore pretty frocks of pale pink and green ninon, with picture hats to match, and they carried bouquets to tone. Mr. Eric Marshall, brotheir of the bridegroom, was best man, and Mr. Russell Buxton, brother of the bridV fulfilled the duties of groomsman.
