REPRISALS DEMANDED OF SPANISH DICTATOR EXILES TO RETURN limes Cable. LONDON, Monday. The Madrid correspondent of “The Times” says the new Cabient held Its first meeting today. Five university professors who opposed the Dictatorship, including a famous philologist, Professor Unamuno, at present in exile, will be reinstated. General Primo de Rivera received a firm reminder that soldiers on the active list must not meddle in politics. A second, representing the Duke of Almodovar, has communicated with General de Rivera and demanded reparation by arms for insults offered to his principal six years ago.
