NEW POWER SUB STATION
Another power sub-station in connection with the extens.on with the tram services is to be built at The Drive. Epsom, by the Auckland Electrie Power Board. A tender let for the work, at a meeting ol the hoard yesterday aftet - noon was to M i*. G. Grinter, Papatoetoe. at £2,900. Extensions are also contemplated to the Kingsland substation. A tender was let to the Fie’ - cher Construction Company for h» work at £O7l.
