CANADIAN BOWLERS
BEATEN IN DUNEDIN Press Association DUNEDIN, Monday. A six-ri'nk game between the Canadian bowlers and the Dunedin centre was played on the Dunedin Club’s green today in glorious weather. The green was in splendid order and the manager of the team, Dr. Ivrupp, said it was the finest surface they had played on in New Zealand. The game resulted in a win for Dunedin by 124 to 120. A rink of Canadian women played a rink from Dunedin, the latter proving too strong for their opponents. The visitors were entertained at a social tonight. They will leave for Central Otago tomorrow morning. ST. HELIERS BOWLING The following' skips have entered for the pairs tournament to u be conducted by the St. Heliers Bowling Club tomorrow:—Sanderson. White, May, Tyndall, St. Heliers.
