MISSING METAL

THREE MEN CHARGED WITH THEFT £BO WORTH INVOLVED The disappearance of £BO worth of scrap metal from the foundry of T. V. Masefield and Company or January 11 last was investigated by Mr. Justice Smith and a jury in the Supreme Court today, when three men. Rudolph Allan. Edward Richard Black and David Todd were jointly charged with stealing the material. Alternative charges of theft and receiving were also laid.
