READ SEA CONCESSIONS. —The Under- Secretary lor the Colonics. Dr. Shiels, stated in the House of Commons that: the preliminary agreement regarding the Dead Sea concession, which was signed last May, had since then been completed. A deed was signed on January 1 granting a concession to the Palestine Potash Company. farmed by Mr. Novomeysky and the Government.
