RETURNING TO SPAIN
EXILES IN FRANCE SEEK PASSPORTS AIRMAN ARRESTED ■ MADRID, Thursday. The Minister of the Interior, Don Martinez Anido, has ordered the arrest of an airman, Francos, who flew to Cadiz on Tuesday. Details are lacking, but it is believed that Fran cos hoped to assist in the revolt against General Primo de Rivera, who resigned from the Dictatorship on Tuesday. A message from Paris says hundreds of persons who were virtually exiled during the dictatorship are returning to Spain. Others are await ing developments on the frontier. The Spanish Embassy is inundated with applications for passports.
