GENERAL STILL MISSING
RUSSIAN REFUGEE LEADER DISAPPEARS Reed. 9 a.m. PARIS, Thursday. The worst is feared from the failure to trace General Koutepoff, the leader of the Russian refugee officers in France, who is missing. It seems clear that lie must have been trapped when he left his home. The police think he may be imprisoned in a suburban villa, pending an opportunity to remove him to Russia.
