Parnell And Shore
BOTH IN STRONG POSITIONS A.C.A. Cricket Prospects PARNELL and North Shore have the brightest chances of victory in the series of senior A.C.A. matches, which will be completed tomorrow.
Parnell has been sweeping all before it lately, and it looks to have Ponsonby “in the cart.” Against Parnell's 157, S. G. Smith's side has scored 54 and 20 for one wicket. The odds are thus considerably in Parnell’s favour. Varsity will find it has the hardest part of it to do to score 224 runs j against Eden. Its batting has been in and out this season, but if it starts j off well, Eden will have its hands full.
