CITY AVOIDS MORNINGSIDE QUESTION ATTITUDE DEFINED No active part in movements on the Morningside Deviation question is desired by the City Council. It was invited last evening to attend a preliminary meeting on the subject in the Chamber of Commerce on February 4, but, on the motion of the Mayor. Mr. C.
