(i) That no compensation shall oe payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall oe payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity, war, riot, or civil commotion, or for an injury arising out of and in the course of his or her employment save as allowed fn clauses 2 and 6 hereof. (k) That tn the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN whose decision shall be binding upon the parties (l) That the subscriber was not a cripple at the date of registration. im) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber. (n) THE SUN reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at fourteen days’ notice, such notice to be published in THE SUN (o) Conditions previously published are hereby cancelled, and the foregoing conditions shall apply until such time as they are altered or withdrawn under paragraph (n).
