ACCIDENT AT NELSON

MAN DROWNED IN STREAM Press Association NELSON, Wednesday. A. well-known resident of Nelson, Air. Charles 11. Thomas, met his death this afternoon in an unusual manner. He went to the Brook to throw in a tin of rubbish and as he did not return a search was made, and his body was found some distance downstream. It is presumed that he was overcome by fainting on the riverbank and fell in the water.
