SALE IN HAWKE’S BAY THREE DAY FIXTURE Press Association HASTINGS. Today. The annual Hawke’s Bay ram lair opened on the Tomoana showgrounds this morning in fine weather. Flock rams, Lincoln flock rams and Corriedale flock rams totalling 2,944 were offered. Tomorrow 2,162 Southdown flocks as well as small lots of English and Border Leicesters, Ryeland and Cottledowns will be submitted and on Saturday all breeds of stud rams and stud ewes will claim the attention of purchasers. The total number of entries is 5,573, as compared with 5,584 in 1929.
