Gibb was charged with stealing 1,000 cigarettes and lib. of tobacco, the property of John Parlane. tobacconist, Victoria Street. Senior-Sergeant Sweeney said the only convictions on Indictment against accused were for house-breaking foisrery and/ uttering, all the other'conwctions being for summary offences Accused was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment.
