SLUMP IN WHEAT
NORTH AMERICAN HOLDERS UNLOAD Reed. noon. WINNIPEG, Monday. Discouraged by diminishing interest in Europe, North American wheat holders threw their supplies overboard on Monday', sinking in values at one stage 3J cents a bushel, and closing 23 to 1 5-8 off May quotations. The market closed at 1 dollar 23J cents. Chicago wheat dropped to the lowest since November 13, closing at one to 1 3-8 cents lower.
