COAL BILL CROWDS OUT OTHER MEASURES LLOYD GEORGE BLAMED LONDON, Monday. The Parliamentary correspondent of the “Daily Herald” says he understands that the Factories Bill, the Trade Disputes Bill, and a measuie concerning the Washington Eight Hours Convention are likely to be deferred until the autumn, owing to the time occupied by the Coal Bili. The paper blames Mr. Lloyd George, Leader of the Liberals, for causing congestion in the business of Parliament.
