MARLBOROUGH'S LOSS Press Association BLENHEIM, Sunday. The Canadian bowlers yesterday for the first time visited it New Zealand sheep station, when they inspected Mr. G. F. Watt’s Lansdown property. Yesterday afternoon the visitor* played a match against the Marlborough Centt • on the Blenheim green. The four “official" rinks were defeated, by 92 points to 61, and the “unofficial" rinks were defeated by 52 to 40. Four of the visiting ladies, skipped by Mrs. McPherson, played a rink of Marlborough Club women and were narrowly defeated. Today the Canadians enjoyed a to Queen Charlotte Sound. They will leave fer Christchurch tomorrow.
