Choking and gasping, they staggered through the darkness toward the entrance of the level, on the verge of collapse.

In the Arbitration Court today Mr. Justice Beeby dealt with a new plaint filed by the Miners’ Federation. His Honour held that there was a serious inter state dispute extending beyond the limits of one State and ordered that the hearing of the case should be begun at Sydney on February 18.
