FALL FROM SCAFFOLD

CONTRACTOR’S FATAL INJURIES Mr. James Garner, aged 34, of Mackelvie Street, Grey Lynn, who was seriously injured through foiling 32 feet from a scaffold in the premises of Messrs. Todd and Co., at the corner of Napier and Hepburn Streets yesterday morning, died at the Auckland Hospital three hours after admission. Mr. Garner was working inside the building, and fell from the scaffold on to the concrete floor below. He was removed to the hospital by the ambulance.
