APPOINTMENT FOR BUENOS AYRES British Official Wireless RUGBY, Tuesday. Sir Ronald Macleay. British Minister at Prague, has been appointed Ambassador at Buenos Ayres, In succession to Sir Malcolm Robertson, who has resigned. Sir Ronald Macleay entered the diplomatic service in 1895 as an attache. Ho lias held positions in many capital cities, and was Minister at Buenos Ayres, to which he now returns as Ambassador, from 1919 to 1922. He was then appointed Minister at Peking and in 1926 was succeeded there by Sir Miles Bampson, and went to Prague. ____________
