YOUTH FINED £5 Fro i Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. A youth. Percy Harford, 18, toolc too much drink at a party he attended on New Year's night and on leaving he made use of obscene expressions which were heard by a constable. Today Harford was charged with using obscene language and being intoxicated while in charge of a oar. He was placed on probation on the former charge, ordered to abstain from liquor, fined £5. and his licence was suspended till May 1 on the latter charge.
