R. M. Treloar was a passenger from Wellington by the Limited today. Mr. T. Mallin arrived from New Plymouth by the Limited express this morning. The Hon. J. J. Holmes, M.L.C., Perth, Western Australia, is spending a holiday at Rotorua. Mr. Ernest Hassall, of Sydney, is at present visiting New Zealand in order to study market conditions. Mr. A. J. Murdoch, Chief Government Whip, is visiting Wellington in connection with the sittings of the Select Committee which is dealing with the education system of New Zealand. HOTEL REGISTER Grand. —Mr. V.
