ROSINANTE
A winding road And a wintry sky And ten long leagues Before them lie; Stiff in his saddle Don Quixote sits, A wanderer he With wandering wits. His stumbling horse With thin-drawn waist Dreams of the corn He never shall taste, And knows that his chance Of a meal is scanty. Poor Don Quixote! Poor Rosinante!
