“TWO WEEKS OFF” A bevy of gay young things having the time of their lives along the ocean beaches, all on summer vacation, form the background for the story, “Two Weeks Off,” starring Do.rothv Mackaill and Jack Mulhall, First popular pair, which is playing now at the Plaza Theatre. a known actors and youthful potential stars is assembled for this rollicking comedy of summer flirtations. It includes Gertrude Astor, Kddie G ribbon, Jimmy Finlayson. Kate Price, Dixie Gay, Gerty Messenger, and Jed Prouty.
A second big talkie being presented at the Plaza is . “The Pall of Eve,” the hilarious talking comedy (which delighted audiences at the Civic Theatre. Ford Sterling, Patsy Ruth Miller, and Betty Farrington are the stars in this tale of a man who tried to “pass off” his secretary as his wife, with surprising results.
