ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
MEETING OF AUCKLAND REFEREES At a special meeting of the Auckland Football Association Referees* Association last night, Mr. F. Ritchie presiding. it was decided to form a junior branch of the association next season and Messrs. F. R. Wilson. R. H. Pai fitt, A. E. Parkinson, L. J. Check. A. K Ballantyno and O. E. lDownes \vcr° formed into a committee to bring forward a scheme to the annual general meeting to be held on March 4. A special meeting will bo held on Tuesday, February ii. to dlscusa in mits to go forward to the annual men ing of the Auckland Football Association. Badges of membership with the Now Zealand Referees’ Association were presented to Messrs. Check, Kyle and Downes.
