TREATMENT AT ROTORUA
PRIME MINISTER LEAVES BY LIMITED FEELING “FIT AS A FIDDLE” Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Looking particularly well. the Prime Minister left Wellington by the Limited express last night for Rotorua, where he is to receive special treatment. “I am feeling almost as fit- as a fiddle,” said Sir Joseph just prior to his departure. "I have recovered sufficiently from my recent illness to take the trip to Rotorua and I confidently expect that, as a result of the special treatment I shall receive there, I shall, before long, be able to return to my office. In the meantime I shall be. in direct telephonic communication with my office daily.” WELLINGTON, Tuesday. “There is absolutely no truth in the rumour that Parliament will be called together next month so as to enable me to attend the next Imperial Conference,” he said. “No date for the opening of Parliament has yet been fixed.” STANDS JOURNEY WELL Press Association ROTORUA, Today. Sir Joseph Ward arrived by the midday train today, and left for Princes Gate Hotel immediately. Sir Joseph stood the journey from Wellington very well, sleeping throughout the journey.
