REPORTED TURKO-SOVIET PACT ON WARSHIPS PASS THROUGH DARDANELLES Times Cable. Reed. 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Monday. The Athens correspondent of “The Times” states the newspapers are commenting on the reported TurkoSoviet agreement for the free passage of Soviet warships through the Dardanelles. The papers consider the Mediterranean Powers are menaced by the agreement.
