(i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of Intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanitv. war, riot, or civil commotion, or for an injury arising out of and in the course of his or her employment save as ' allowed in clauses 2 and 6 hereof. (k) That In the event of any dispute i between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN. whose decision shall be binding upoo the parties. (l) That the subscriber was not a cripple at thb date of registration. (m) That the wife or husband of a Rome Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber.
