CAST INTO SEA
CAPSIZE OF CAR ONE MOTORIST INJURED From Our Own Correspondent. THAMES, Today. To be capsized into the sea was the fate of the four occupants of a motorcar on Sunday afternoon on Coast Road, near Tararu. The car was driven by Mr. Elvin, junr., of Turua, and with him were Mr. E. Gwilliam and two young women. The car left the road near the cemetery and capsized over the sea-wall into the surf. The occupants were thrown into the sea, but got back to land. Mr. Elvin was injured and was taken to the Thames Hospital. The other passengers proceeded to their homes. The car was salvaged, considerably damaged.
