THE THREE-DAYS DROUGHT HAS BROKEN and Aucklanders are once more settling down to enjoy their’ usual summer weather. Lower Queen Street, Fort Street and Quay Street were flooded this morning and cart splashed through the water sending sheets- of spray in all directions.
