BOY TO FACE COURT DEATH OF SMALL GIRL From Our Oxen Correspondent. WAIHI, Today. A charge of manslaughter will be preferred in the Waihi Children’s Court on Wednesday against the 12-year-old boy, who, while riding on the footpath at Karangahake on December 12, ran into and fatally injured a small girl who was returning from school. The case will be heard by Messrs. W. M. Wallnutt and W. H. Toy, justices of the peace appointed under the Child Welfare Act, 1925, to deal with children's cases.
