Children of lo and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems , etc., should be written on only one side of the paper, rcith the name, age and address of the competitor on the top right-hand corner of the first sheet. In the case of stories or essays the number of words should be stated. Painting, needlework and puzzle entries should have the name, age and address attached.
