Farmhouse Destroyed
, A farm-house on the Opunake road, Stratford, owned and occupied by Mr. S. Gadsby, was destroyed by fire at an early hour this morning. The insurance on the buildings was £650, and on the furniture £3OO.—P.A. The Cross of the Legion of Honour has been conferred on the Marquis of Lambert, who made the first flight over Paris 20 years ago.
