VOICE WANTED IN AFRICAN PARLIAMENT CONFERENCE PROMISED Reed. 10.5 a.m. CAPETOWN, Friday. The Governor-General, the Earl of Athlone, opened Parliament with the customary pomp. In his speech he announced a joint sitting of both Houses in the early stage of the session to deal with native representation in Parliament.
