ONLY RECIPIENT OF AIR CERTIFICATE Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. Squadron-Leader J. Lloyd Findlay, of the New Zealand Air Force, at present training in England, alone obtained his Al certificate out of 32 candidates at the Central Flying School at Kettering.
