KEEN SPRINTING TRENTHAM FINALS COURSE IN FAST ORDER Press Association. WELLINGTON. Today. The sun and wind of yesterday transformed the tracks and the going was quite fair again at Trentham this morning. The weather was dull and threatening, but fine. The trial grass, tan and the outside of the course proper were available, but only pace work was done on the tan. On the trial grass Disorder and Full Feather ran a solid six furlongs. Semper Paratus and Waterline covered five in 1.7, the last four in 52, and Straightcours© five in 1.5*. Concentrate and Oral did an easy seven in 1.42£., and Chopin stayed with Silverrnine over five in 1.5. Teri went well with Pedestal over four in 52, and Rory Mor and Glenartney strode out well. Dutch Money beat High Falutin easily at the end of six in 1.17. A Smart Hack Equitant dashed over four in 49, a first-class effort. Bright Glow going easily all the way at 13 to the furlong, ran six in 1.18. and Ruanui galloped six in 1.23, and could have done better. Talisker, when doing easy work, faltered just after passing the post. He was amiss in a hind leg, but no definite diagnosis was available. Vivo, accompanied by Banbridge over the first three, ran six furlongs in 1.20. Havaspot, a good-looking maiden, ran four easily in 55, and The Bailiff ran half a mile easily in 52. Dainty Ways and the Dove took 53 for four. On the course proper Shrewd and White Fang ran a mile in 1.50, the last seven in 1.35?:. Cuticle and Head Serang together went six in 1.24. both going well.
