FIRE DAMAGES MOTOR-CAR

A fire which broke out in Rocklands Avenue, Mount Eden, at about 7.30 last evening caused slight damage to a five-seater motor-car owned by Mr. R. Bright, of 413 Dilworth Buildings. The Mount Eden Fire Brigade attended and the blaze was quickly suppressed. The outbreak is believed to have been caused by a short-circuit in the wiring.
