Wright, Stephenson and Company, Mr Austin will sell at the thoroughbred sale to be held at Trentham tomorrow week. The success of New Zealand-bred horses In Australia recently naturally attracted the attention of Australian breeders to the New Zealand sa^e ®* Mr Austin. The first, second and third horses in the last Melbourne Cup were all New Zealand bred, and hardly a Saturday passes but New Zealand dees not figure largely in the winning lists. Ho thought this should have a big effect on New Zealand sales, and with keen Australian competition in evidence. he thought the forthcoming sale should prove very satisfactory.
