BAILEY’S FASTEST TIME Press Association DUNEDIN, Today. ! The Otago Swimming Centre twomile harbour race for the Bart Cup 1 on Saturday was swum under bolster--1 ous conditions, only four of the 15 1 swimmers finishing. The winner was Miss M. Matuiesou, off 17 minutes, whose time was lhr Tmin 2sec. The fastest time for the third time in succession was gained by Bailey in stsmin 23sec. Bailey was ; selected to represent Otago in the An- ; nette Kellerman Cup race but he has signified that he is not available.
