GIRLS NARROW ESCAPE A narrow escape from drowning was experienced by a girl who was thrown into the sea when her canoe capsized off Milford Beach on Sunday afternoon The Milford Surf Club promptly went to her assistance and she was brought ashore in a state of collapse. She respor ,ed to treatment and was taken to ser home. Her condition was Ut-r reported to be satisfactory.
