That the conference grant the New Zealand road race championships annually, and that they grant medals and ribbons for same.—North Canterbury. That, in the start of a running race, there shall be no penalty for a false start when the second barrel is fired, and that a penalty can be imposed only prior to the second barrel being fired. That an affiliated club shall have two delegates for a membership of £SO or over, or £IOO or over in prize money. That heats in match races be of a number which would not permit of a tie occurring.—South Canterbury.
