A HARMONY OF PINK AND LEMON

COLLINS—WOOD A pretty wedding was celebrated in the Holy Trinity Church, Otahuhu. during the holidays, when Dorothy Eva, elder daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. F. Wood, of Otahuhu. was married to Hector Charles, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Collins, of Otahuhu. The Rev. C. B. W. Seton performed the ceremony, and Airs. Alossman, of Te Aroha, presided at the organ. The bride, who was given away by her brother, was charmingly gowned in white georgette, with handkerchiefpointed skirt, edged with tulle. Her embroidered tulle veil was held in place by strands of orange blossom. She carried a sheaf of Christmas lilies. The bridesmaids were Aliss Irene Wood, sister of the bride, and Aliss Ngaio Collins, sister of the bridegroom, wearing pink georgette and lemop georgette frocks respectively. Barge picture hats were worn, and bouquets to tone with their frocks were carried. Air. C. Browne acted as best man, and Air. A. Collins assisted as groomsman. The reception was held in the Parish Hall, where the bride's mother received the guests wearing a sapphire blue ensemble and small hat to tone. She carried a posy of pink sweet peas. Airs. Collins wore navy blue georgette and hat of lemon. Her posy was of crimson roses.
