The first print of “General Crack." John Barrymore‘s first alltalking film. has been received at Warner Brothers' New York 0!fices. This Vitaphone produc—tion claims attention not alone because It marks the debut of one of America’s leading actors in dialogue film. but because of its story laid against the background of the eighteenth century Russia. “General Crack" has been directed by Alan Crosland. who made “Don Juan." The players include Marian Nixon, Hobart Bosworth and Jacqueline Logan.
