MRS. y? M. WRIGHT Advice has been received in Pukekobo of the death at St. Ives, Cornwall, England, on January 4. of Mrs. Ellen Maria. Wright, widow of the late Mr. Cedric Luard Wright, of Bombay. She was well-known at Bombay, where her husband was a prominent cattle breeder. Since her husband died in. 1904 she had travelled extensively, but had visited the district frequently. A memorial service is being held at the Bombay Church of England tomorrow. MR. L. E. SARGENT The death occurred at Waimatc, last night, after a brief illness, of Mr. Leslie E. Sargent, aged 28, manager of the Waimate “Daily Advertiser" for the past eight years. He was a. single man. Mr. Sargent is survived toy hi* mother, brother and sister.
