N.Z.A.A.A.’S ARRANGEMENTS Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association has decided to cable to the Victorian Amateur Athletic Association, making a definite offer for the appearance in New Zealand in the middle of February of the famous German athlete, Dr. Otto Peltzer, and Leo Lermond, the noted 'American middledistance and distance runner. If the New Zealand Association is abie to secure the services of these two champions they will compete at one meeting in the North Island and at one meeting in the South Island.
