PRINCE EDWARD
“Broadway Babies," the big all-talk-ing singing and dancing attraction, wili head the new talkie programme to be presented at the Prince Edward Theatre from this evening. The vivacious little actress, Alice White, is the star of this breezy tale of New York cabaret and theatrical life. The production abounds in tuneful melodies, pretty girls and brilliant dialogue, and is entertaining from start to finish. A full supporting programme of short talking and singing featurettes is also being presented. John Murray Anderson is at Universal City, where lie will produce -The King of Jazz’ revue with Paul Whiteman. Carl Laemmle. on his arrival from Europe on the Bremen, announced that he had signed in Berlin the famous dancing sensation, the Sisters G., for this same revue.
