The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister oi Health, arrived in Auckland Ibis morning. jj if# M Paul, who for many years was an inspector in the Mines Department. is on a holiday visit to Te Aroha. Mi*. -A. E. Davy, chairman of the United Party, who arrived in Auckland by motor-car yesterday, will make a stay of two or three days. Mr. James 1). Jacobs, managing director of tho Atlantic Union Oil Company, Ltd., in Australia, lias arrived in Wellington from Sydney. Professor J Sporrin-Johnson will leav«> shortly for u trip to the Bay of Plenty and White Island and will later attend tho Biological Conference at Christchurch. Mr. Leth Lincoln, proprietor of a rhaPi of theatres in New York State, is visiting To Aroha this week, and later will proceed to Mercury Bay to participate in deep-sea fishing. Mr. T. Moss. 0.8. K., of Eketahuna, leaves Auckland early in February to take up a directorship on the London board of the New Zealand Ddfiry Producers’ Association.
